Enhance your investment skills. This course will show the nuts and
bolts of real estate contracts, including contracts for offers,
mortgages, partnerships, options, leases and leases with an option
to buy. You will also learn strategies for qualifying for mortgages
and the pros and cons of holding real estate as an individual,
partnership, or Limited Liability Company. The course is open to
all who have owned or managed investment property and those who
have taken Successful Real Estate Investing. Prerequisites: Successful
Real Estate Investing or experience managing investment property.
