This course is designed for the person who is struggling to manage their budget and get control of their debts. Participants will leave the class with a specific and clear: 1) personal budget/spending plan; 2) understanding of credit cards and the costs associated with them; 3) personal debt repayment/elimination plan; and, 4)
understanding of how to acquire, read, and fix problems on credit reports and credit scores.

You will also learn strategies for qualifying for mortgages and the pros and cons of holding real estate as an individual,
partnership, or Limited Liability Company. The course is open to all who have owned or managed investment property and those who have taken Successful Real Estate Investing.
