I don't know my LAN account username and password or I forgot my username or password, what do I do?
If you have already enrolled in credit courses, you may search for your LAN and Web ID, go to the following page:

The LAN password follows the format of: (8 digits long)
month of birth + date of birth + last four digits of your social security number
If you are having problems finding your logon information, please check with the lab assistants or lab supervisor.
The printer is out of paper - Please notify Lab Assistants. They will come and refill the printer. Please do not use your own paper. Some paper doesn't work properly in laser printers. If the paper isn't loaded properly, it will jam the printer.
The printer has jammed - DO NOT TRY TO FIX IT. Please notify Lab Assistants. The paper has to be removed properly or you will damage the printer.
I printed my document and nothing is coming out. Please notify Lab Assistants to look into the problem.
