Credit by Evaluated Program / Credential
Credits may be awarded for non-traditional educational/training programs such as military, industry, state and federal government, courses or programs offered by employers, professional organizations and other agencies.
In order to receive credit, the courses or programs must have been evaluated by NOVA faculty or an evaluating agency such as the American Council on Education (ACE) College Credit Recommendation Service (CREDIT) or National College Credit Recommendation Service (NCCRS).
Before proceeding with any prior learning options, please speak with your advisor or counselor to confirm the best option for your personal situation.
