Career Pathways

NOVA's Career Pathways Program is designed to help students gain practical skills valued by local employers. Career Pathways assists students wanting to go into a wide range of jobs, some of which follow a path through an applied degree or certificate program while other paths lead to the baccalaureate.

There are a vast number of career possibilities, and students must take time to find careers that meet their interests and skills. Exploring these career fields helps students make an educated decision and create an educational plan that will help them meet their career goals. By developing a plan, there is a greater chance a student will make the right educational moves and succeed in reaching his/her career goal.
