GENERAL COURSE PURPOSE
Examines and analyzes a significant theme, a specific book of the Bible, or a body of Biblical literature selected with a specific methodological, philosophical, or literary purpose in mind. May be repeated for credit.
ENTRY LEVEL REQUIREMENTS
At the completion of this course, students will be able to analyze and critically evaluate the topic(s) selected for examination. The specific course objectives should be carefully outlined at the time the topics are chosen. Generally, this course gives the student the opportunity to examine particular topics more thoroughly than would be the case in the other biblical studies courses.
