COURSE DESCRIPTION
Concentrates on pharmacologic agents used in the management of the critically ill patient. Lecture 2 hours per week.
GENERAL COURSE PURPOSE
This course is offered in the fourth semester of the respiratory care program. This is the second part of a two-part pharmacology class.
ENTRY LEVEL COMPETENCIES
The course prerequisite is RTH 145 – "Pharmacology for Respiratory care I" or permission of the program head.
