COURSE DESCRIPTION
Presents intensive correlation of all major respiratory therapy subject areas reflecting the entry-level and advanced practitioner matrices. Emphasizes assessment, implementation, and modification of therapy to patient response. Lecture 2 hours per week.
GENERAL COURSE PURPOSE
The primary focus of the course is to prepare the student to function at the entry-level and advanced practitioner levels through the integration of material presented in the first three semesters of the program.
ENTRY LEVEL COMPETENCIES
The course prerequisite is completion of all RTH coursework in the first three semesters or permission of the program head.
