COURSE DESCRIPTION
Teaches the fundamentals of brass instruments. Studies the standard repertoire. Prerequisite: division approval. One or two half-hour lessons per week. Four to eight hours practice (laboratory) required.
GENERAL COURSE PURPOSE
This course is designed to provide the student with individual instruction in trumpet, trombone, baritone, French horn, or tuba.
