Course Description
Survey architecture from 19th century to present, with emphasis on philosophy of design, form, and structure. Lecture 2 hours per week.
General Course Purpose
To expose the students to Form, Space and Order of the Modern Architecture.

First and secon year students.

Upon completion of this course, the student should be able to:

Identify the organizing concepts in form, space and structure of the great buildings of Mid-20th Century Modernism
Identify the organizing concepts in form, space and structure of the great buildings of the Post Modern period
Identify the organizing concept in form, space and structure of the great buildings of Contemporary Architecture
