ADJ 159 - PHYSICAL
SECURITY (3 CR.)
COURSE DESCRIPTION
Studies the various
forms of perimeter barriers which impact upon security operations; examines
insurance considerations, underwriters licensing certification, fire prevention
and fire code regulations and the general health and safety requirements
for all employees and contact persons within the organization. Lecture
3 hours per week.
GENERAL COURSE PURPOSE
The purpose of this
course is to provide the student with the knowledge of physical security
basics and applications as well as possible solutions to the problems of
physical security.
