Driving east on I-66

• Take Exit 47 B (234 North)
• Make a left onto Route 234 (Sudley Road) going north
• Go through the traffic light on Battleview Parkway
• Turn right at the campus marquee

Driving west on I-66

• Drive west on I-66
• Take Exit 47 B (234 North)
• Merge onto Route 234 (Sudley Road) going north
• Go through the traffic light on Battleview Parkway
• Turn right at the campus marquee

Driving east on Route 29

• Proceed east on Route 29 (Lee Highway) to Route 234 (Sudley Road)
• Turn right onto Route 234 going south
• Pass the Manassas National Battlefield Park Visitor's Center on your left
• Do not take the next left at the campus marquee
• Proceed to the traffic light at Battleview Parkway and turn left
• Take the first left on NOVA Way after the Country Inn & Suites and Fairfield Inn

Driving west on Route 29

• Proceed west on Route 29 (Lee Highway) to Route 234 (Sudley Road)
• Turn left onto Route going south
• Pass the Manassas National Battlefield Park Visitor's Center on your left
• Do not take the next left at the campus marquee
• Proceed to the traffic light at Battleview Parkway and turn left
• Take the first left on NOVA Way after the Country Inn & Suites and Fairfield Inn

Driving south on Route 29

• Proceed south & west on Route 28 (Centreville Rd.) to Route 234 (Sudley Road)
• Turn right on Route 234 going north
• Drive approximately 5.1 miles through Manassas
• After Battleview Parkway, turn right at the campus marquee

From I-66 or Manassas Campus

• I-66 West towards Front Royal.
• Exit #44 to Prince William Parkway/234 South.
• Stay on VA-234 South for about four and a half miles.
• Pass Sudley Manor Drive.
• On the second stop light towards George Mason University, make a left onto University Boulevard.
• Once you pass Comcast, make a right onto Innovation Drive.
• Left into Innovation Business Center entrance.

From Rt. 234 North/Sudley Road

• Take Sudley Road (VA-234 South). 
• Stay on 234 through Manassas (pass Manassas Mall).
• Turn right on Godwin Drive (if you pass Prince William Hospital, you’ve gone too far).
• Stay on Godwin for approximately one and a half mile.
• After passing Wellington Road, turn right on the second stop light - University Boulevard (across MICRON).
• Pass George Mason University on your right.
• Turn left on Innovation Drive (if you pass Comcast on the left, you have gone too far).
• Left into Innovation Business Center entrance.

From Rt. 784/Woodbridge Campus

• Turn left on Dale Blvd. (VA-784 West) and go approximately seven miles.
• Continue on to Purcell Road (VA-643 North) and go approximately three miles.
• Turn right on Dumfries Road (VA-234 North) and go approximately five miles.
• Turn right onto University Boulevard going towards George Mason University,
• Turn right on Innovation Drive (if you pass Comcast on the left, you have gone too far).
• Left into Innovation Business Center entrance.
