William Kinsella
I have been teaching history at NOVA since the fall of 1970. The emphasis here has always been on students and their success. I feel that if you’re going to leave a legacy, it should be a very personal one. Being able to have an impact on so many students here at NOVA has resulted in an enjoyable career for me.
NOVA is a very diverse college. Students considering coming here will delight in the classroom. They’ll be sitting with students whose life experience is fascinating -- having backgrounds from more than 180 countries. So many cultures and religions coming together -- the interaction within that diversity is probably unlike any other college. It makes for an enriching experience.
