My mother's sister went to NOVA. She was in the same program and she told me it's very good, very interesting. You can practice English with your classmates because they are all from different parts of the world, and you don't feel weird because you're from a different place.
I like the culture here. My old school in Mexico was really strict, but at NOVA you can express yourself. If you don't like something in class or you don't feel comfortable, you can say, "I don't like this" or "I just don't get it" or "Please help me." Everyone helps you. Even if you don't ask, they offer to help. The teachers surprised me because they understand -- they worry about whether you are learning or not. I like my teachers.
