IT Help Desk

The IT Help Desk provides first-level technical support to all faculty, staff and students of Northern Virginia Community College. We are committed to assisting the computer and telecommunication needs of all employees and students by providing detailed resolutions and general system information for common problems.

Microsoft Office 365 Update: As of December 19, the VCCS is still working on providing all students with FREE access to Microsoft Office 365. They hope to have it available by December 20, but cannot guarantee it at this time. As soon as we have information on how to access it, we will send the information to your student email address. Please do not call or contact the Help Desk about it until January 6.
