Special Arrangement Contracts

A special arrangement contract (SAC) is an agreement that enables a Virginia-based employer to authorize its employees who reside in other states to take credit classes at NOVA at a special contract rate, in accordance with the provisions of the SAC. Until both the employer and NOVA have signed the SAC, any courses these employee-students take are charged at the out-of-state rate.
