Special Arrangement Contracts
A special arrangement contract (SAC) is an agreement that enables a Virginia-based employer to authorize its employees who reside in other states to take credit classes at NVCC at a special contract rate, in accordance with the provisions of the SAC. Until both the employer and NVCC have signed the SAC, any courses these employee-students take are charged at the out-of-state rate.
