To Turn System and-or Projector ON

 

  1. Tap Blank Screen to wake up Touch Pad.
  2. If PC is asleep, tap the SPACE BAR on the keyboard to wake up PC.
  3. If PC has no green light on, turn PC on.

**Hint :If mouse is not glowing red, PC has been turned off.

  1. Tap Power & Lights to get to the menu to turn Entire System on.

  1. Tap Projector Power ON.  Entire system will turn
     on automatically.

 

  1. If you want to turn on projector separately, tap on the Entire System ON. Later you will have to come back to this menu and turn Projector ON.

To Show PC On SCREEN

1.  Make sure MAIN PC is selected (Green) in the Sources Buttons.

To Show VCR On SCREEN

  1. Make sure VCR is selected (Green) in the Sources Buttons.
  2. Then Click the Soft key A
    (Button above Video Preview)
    ** Text on button will vary***
    Under the words “Send to Projector”
  3. You can then control the VCR via the on screen “remote.”

  1. Volume can be controlled by taping the VOLUME Button then adjusting the sound with the arrows.

** Hint- by sliding your finger on the % box, u can also slide the volume up or down. J

Normal volume level varies from 70-75%.

To Show Document Camera On SCREEN

  1. Set up Document Camera.

**Picture is rotated**

Push Button  toward you, this may take some force. When button is all the way forward, lift up on arm.

  1. Keep moving arms until camera is pointing down. (Not Pictured)

  1. Adjust “wing” lights.

  1. You Must Manually Turn Document Camera ON.  Red light will glow Green on the document camera when it is ON.
