Education with New Technologies: Networked Learning Community
A site developed by the Graduate School of Education at Harvard University.  The  Online Learning Center is designed to help educators develop, enact, and assess effective ways of using new technologies.

EDUCAUSE
A consolidation of two higher education associations - CAUSE and EDUCOM, EDUCAUSE was born on July 1, 1998.   The organization seeks to facilitate the introduction, use, access, and management of information resources in teaching, learning, scholarship, and research.  The association offers several conferences, publications, and award programs.

Web66 is a project of the University of Minnesota, designed to facilitate use of the Internet in the K-12 classroom.   Don't dismiss it because of its focus on K-12. The site also covers  such topics as: how to set up a server (technical), examples of how the web is used to teach, and other sources of information for integrating the Internet into your classroom.
