20 pieces of fiber art are presented by 10 members of the New Image artists group. Each of these nationally and internationally exhibited artists designed a unique yard of fabric, had it professionally printed and then proceeded to use their own media and manipulations to create a new work of fiber art.  Each of the artists then shared a duplicate piece of the original printed fabric with a colleague who would be inspired to use the fabric in any way she desired. The shared work then becomes part of a new fiber piece, sometimes subtle and sometimes obvious.

 The work will be shown with swatches of the original fabrics; artists journals of their processes and a catalog of the exhibition.
