Michael Auger (last name pronounced: O-'zhA / rhymes with okay) is a full-time freelance artist (animator, cartoonist, designer, illustrator, etc.) based in the Washington DC area. His business, Auger Artwork Studios, was established in the spring of 1998 and has grown steadily since. Today, Auger Artwork Studios is internationally known as a provider of professional illustration and design services for both print and web. In addition, Auger also actively creates, exhibits and sells offbeat paintings which feature an assortment of animals, crazy characters, mythical monsters, and more.
