NOVA's Workforce Development Division is uniquely positioned to meet your business' high-performance training needs. Training and classes can be conducted at your company location, one of NOVA's six campuses, or through convenient online learning. Focuses on organizational practices, culture and change management.
Workforce Assessments
Evaluation of skills required for a specific workplace. Conducting assessment of individual skill levels, providing assessment tools to employers for soft-skills and other training, pre-hire assessments.
